Hassan to Speak in Londonderry Saturday

Gov. Maggie Hassan, D-Exeter, will speak at the New Hampshire Civil Air Patrol Congressional Gold Medal Presentation, honoring the Civil Air Patrol for their distinguished history of service.

The Civil Air Patrol will be recognized with the Congressional Gold Medal, one of the highest civilian awards in the United States, for its founding members’ service in protecting the homeland against deadly German U-boat attacks during World War II, as well as other vital wartime domestic missions.
