Local Man Indicted in Dunkin Donuts Robbery
Joshua Smith allegedly stole from a Dunkin Donuts in Nashua while a knife was brandished.

Joshua Smith, 28, with a last known address of 14 Wyndmere Drive, Londonderry, was indicted by Hillsborough County grand jurors Dec. 18 for allegedly committing theft from a Dunkin Donuts in Nashua while a knife was brandished.
According to the indictment, Smith and Stefan Baringer of Nashua allegedly robbed the store on April 26 and threatened two people at the establishment.
The armed robbery is a Class A Felony subject to 7 1/2 to 15 years in prison and up to a $4,000 fine.

Smith was indicted in two other separate charges:
One indictment alleges he burglarized Crush Pizza in Nashua, while the business was closed, on or about June 4.

The other indictment alleges Smith committed burglary when he entered Amigo's convenience store in Nashua, again while that store was closed. The burglary counts are Class B felonies.
