Londonderry Man Arrested Again for DWI: Log

LONDONDERRY, NH – Marty Byrd Sr., 49, pictured upper left, of Oakridge Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on June 26, 2016, on three bench warrants. He was arrested during a warrant service at his home.

Jeffrey J. Klier, 38, pictured upper right, a homeless man now located in Londonderry, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on June 29, 2016, for burglary. He was arrested on Tenney Street.

Heidi Clark, 26, not pictured, of Douglas Street in Manchester, received a summons at 5:08 p.m. on June 29, 2016, for allowing an improper person to operate. She was stopped on Nashua Road.

Nerissa McGray, 22, pictured lower left, of Allard Court in Hudson, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on July 1, 2016, for theft/shoplifting. She was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters and is due in court on Aug. 16.

Roy A. Arsenault Jr., 55, of Jolly Lane in Londonderry, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on July 2, 2016, for driving while intoxicated-second offense and lane control violation. He was arrested on Nashua Road.
