“This subject drew my attention because he was not wearing a shirt and the temperature was below freezing,” the officer wrote.
The man allegedly wouldn’t stop and the officer drew a Taser on the man. When saying the Taser, the man allegedly told the officer to go ahead and Tase him, he’d been through it before. The officer put the Taser away and placed the man in restraints.
The subject, later identified as Daylor, was agitated but calmed down enough to give identification.
The reporting officer went to speak to two women outside of Penuche’s who stated that Daylor was with another woman and a man with an eye patch. The woman had been punched in the face, they stated.
Another man alleged that he was assaulted by Daylor. A woman, later identified as a woman involved with Daylor who was also the mother of his child, alleged that he was throwing bricks against the Market Lane apartments and that he swung at her and struck her in the face. The officer noted that she had cuts inside her mouth and on her face. Daylor was arrested and held without bail.
