Londonderry Man Arrested Twice in Less than Four Hours

Police charge Samuel Bousnakis with drug possession, simple assault, vandalism after incidents on Foxglove Street.

LONDONDERRY, NH – A local man was arrested twice last week during a span of less than five hours, according to police.

Samuel Bousnakis, 21, of Foxglove Street in Londonderry, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on June 16, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was arrested after police were sent to the home when a neighbor called 911 to report a domestic incident between Bousnakis and a relative, according to a report. He was arrested and given a court date on Aug. 9.

However, later that night, at 9:11 p.m., police were sent back to the home for another domestic incident.

According to police, Bousnakis was arrested again and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism). He was held on $7,500 cash and arraigned in Derry District Court the next day.
