Londonderry Man Charged After Standoff With Police

Feliciano Sanchez of Winding Pond Road was arrested by a SWAT team yesterday on gun threat charge.

LONDONDERRY, NH — A local man was arrested yesterday on charges after a SWAT team was sent to a report of a man threatening others with a gun. Feliciano Sanchez, 28, of Winding Pond Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2018, for reckless conduct-place another in danger and resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to the home at just before 11:30 a.m. for a report of weapons offenses, specifically, a man making threats to himself and others, according to alerts online.

The Southern New Hampshire Special Operations Unit – SWAT – was sent to the home and the neighborhood was evacuated. After about two hours, Sanchez agreed to surrender.

“There were no reported injuries and peace was restored to the neighborhood shortly after officers responded,” police noted on Facebook.
