Two Arrested on Drug Charges

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, July 24

  • 12:29 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury in the parking lot of TJ Maxx on Orchard View Drive.
  • 4:33 p.m.: A caller reported that her car was gone through overnight while parked on Garden Lane.
  • 5:10 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Rockingham Road.
  • 7:38 p.m.: A caller reported that a male subject was passed out in a truck at the Market Basket on Garden Lane. The subject was just taking a nap.

Thursday, July 25

  • 11:02 a.m.: Bailee Kathryn Garside, 17, of 12 Twin Isles Road, Londonderry was arrested on a warrant and charged with conspiracy to commit. She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 12.
  • 12:41 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a large snapping turtle on Bancroft Road.
  • 1:14 p.m.: Erik W. Shank, 32, of 28 Guillotte St., Acushnet, MA was charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 26.
  • 2:44 p.m.: James Anthony McKenna, 41, of 474 Hanover St., Apt. #2R, Manchester was charged with operating without a valid license and speeding. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 12.
  • 6:12 p.m.: Brian Matthew Larrauri, 24, of 1 Morningside Drive, Londonderry was arrested on a warrant and charged with second degree assault. He was held on $5,000 bail and scheduled to be arraigned on July 26 in Derry District Court.
  • 11:38 p.m.: Nicholas A. Kisiel, 20, of 4 Buyck St., Londonderry was charged with unlawful possession and intoxication and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Timothy G. Madigan, of 800 Page St., Manchester was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, transporting alcoholic beverage by a minor, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession and intoxication. Kisiel was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and Madigan on $3,000 personal recognizance bail, and both are scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 12.
