Londonderry Man Charged with Theft

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, April 17

  • 8:35 a.m.: A PSNH employee called police to report an apparent burglary in a vacant home on Bancroft Road.
  • 12:09 p.m.: Police assisted the Londonderry Fire Department at the scene of a brush fire on Mustang Lane.
  • 1:55 p.m.: A caller on South Road reported that her neighbor has threatened to burn down her house.
  • 2:41 p.m.: Anthony L. Mondello, 30, of 11 Elwood Road, Londonderry was charged with theft; from a building. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on May 13.
  • 3:02 p.m.: A caller reported that an aggressive driver ran him off the road on Route 102.
  • 5:06 p.m.: Police assisted the Londonderry Fire Department at the scene of a reported building fire on Cimmaron Circle. An elderly female was reportedly trapped in the building. Londonderry Fire was able to evacuate the occupant. The fire was in a microwave and was quickly contained.
