Londonderry Man Indicted on Child Porn Charges

A Londonderry man arrested on child pornography charges last year has been indicted by a Rockingham County Superior Court grand jury.

Jeffrey Allen Velliquette, 42, of 37 Heritage Lane was indicted this month on six counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. The offenses reportedly occurred on June 20, 2012 in Londonderry.

The indictment alleges that Velliquette "knowingly possessed" multiple digital images depicting female children "engaging in sexually explicit conduct."

Police had received a tip that Velliquette might be in possession of child pornography, and when they confronted him, they said he made some admissions that allowed investigators to develop probable cause. 

After executing a search warrant, those investigators looked at some of the images on Velliquette's iPad.
