Rev. Michael Sartori was ordained on June 4 by Bishop Peter A. Libasci of the Diocese of Manchester.

MANCHESTER, NH - Bishop Peter A. Libasci ordained Rev. Michael L. Sartori to the priesthood at St. Joseph Cathedral in Manchester on Saturday, June 4, 2016, according to a press statement.

Bishop Libasci said, “Our priests are central to the life of our parishes - indeed, central to our Church. I hope that all Catholics throughout our state will join with me in praying for Fr. Sartori as he begins his new life as a priest, and in praying for an increase in the numbers of those who follow God’s call to do so.”

Sartori, 28, is a parishioner of Saint Kathryn Parish in Hudson, and is the son of Ronald and Nancy Sartori. He grew up in Londonderry, and attended Trinity High School in Manchester. He is a 2010 graduate of Saint Anselm College and completed his studies for the priesthood at Saint Mary’s Seminary and University in Baltimore, MD. He was vested at ordination by Fr. Gary Belliveau, and celebrated his first Mass on Sunday, June 5, 2016, at Saint Kathryn Church in Hudson.
