Londonderry Man to Plead Guilty in Dunkin' Donuts Robbery
Joshua Smith was arrested last year in connection with several burglaries.

A Londonderry man is set to plead guilty to robbing a Nashua Dunkin' Donuts, according to the Nashua Telegraph.
Joshua Smith, 28, of 14 Wyndmere Drive has agreed to plead guilty to the Dunkin' Donuts robbery and two other Nashua burglaries. He was scheduled to enter his plea and be sentenced to three to six years in prison this week, but the hearing was delayed because the amount of restitution he will be required to pay has yet to be finalized.
Smith was indicted by a Hillsborough County grand jury in December. According to the indictment, Smith and another man allegedly robbed the Dunkin' Donuts on East Hollis Street on April 26 and threatened two people at the establishment with a knife.
