Londonderry Police will soon be looking to purchase 16 new police cruisers, <a href="http://www.derrynews.com/londonderry/x1709877126/Londonderry-police-to-switch-cruisers" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Derry News</a>. The department proposed the purchase during a recent Budget Committee meeting, the newspaper reported. The new cruisers will be Ford Interceptors, replacing the old Ford Crown Victorias, which are no longer being made. The cost of the new vehicles is about $110,000. The old cruisers will be traded in.
