Update: Vulnerable Londonderry Adult Found
Police say Wanda Youngren of Londonderry, a woman with Alzheimer's, who had been missing since Sunday night or Monday, has been located.
Update: 12:33 p.m. Wanda Youngren has been found.

LONDONDERRY, NH — Police in Londonderry and the New Hampshire State Police are asking for the public’s help finding a woman with Alzheimer’s who was reported missing on Monday.

Wanda Youngren of Londonderry is 82, about 5 feet, 1 inch tall, and weighs 114 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. Youngren was last believed to be wearing a dark-colored sweater. A silver alert has been issued for her, according to officials.
Police believe she left her home during the overnight hours or possibly on Monday morning.
