Londonderry Teen Facing Drug Charges

Friday, Feb. 22

• 12:57 p.m.: Douglas Eldon Moran, 26, of 44 Mill Road, Derry, was arrested on a warrant and charged with burglary and criminal mischief (vandalism). He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on March 11.
• 2:35 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Litchfield Road.
• 6:27 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Londonderry Road.
• 7:54 p.m.: James Joseph Pincence, 52, of 61 Hall Road, Londonderry was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor and stopping/standing/parking prohibited. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on March 11.
• 11:09 p.m.: Justin C. Ermer, 18, of 52 Trolley Car Lane, Londonderry was charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possesion of drugs (in a motor vehicle). He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on March 18.

• 11:48 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Wiley Hill Road.
