Londonderry Traffic Stop Nets One For Driving Without a Valid License

A 33-year-old Manchester man was arrested shortly before 4 p.m. Monday after police stopped his car on Route 102 near Clark Street.

According to Londonderry police, Officers Rafael Ribeiro and Matthew Morin arrested Baldemar Escobar Castillo and charged him with driving without a valid license.
