Londonderry Woman Charged with Second DWI

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Jan. 2

  • 11:27 a.m.: A caller on Summer Drive reported hearing a man in her house speaking with her dog even though no one else was supposed to be in the home. Police found blood evidence in the garage, but all floors were reported clear.
  • 12:51 a.m.: A caller on Vista Ridge Drive reported that she believed someone had been in her apartment because her dog was missing. The dog was later located.
  • 3:22 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Orchard View Drive.
  • 4:32 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Gilcreast Road.
  • 6:02 p.m.: Darlene Ann Fraser, 58, of 38 Olde Country Village Road, Londonderry was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense) following a motor vehicle stop on Nashua Road. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Jan. 28.
  • 6:56 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident at the Shell Food Mart on Nashua Road.

Thursday, Jan. 3

  • 1:40 p.m.: A caller reported hearing someone shooting at the end of Faucher Road.
  • 3:45 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Orchard View Drive.
  • 4:40 p.m.: Brandon Scott Dumont, 20, of 88 Hall Road, Londonderry was charged with theft from a motor vehicle. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Jan. 28.
