Man Arrested for Criminal Mischief in Disturbance
Londonderry police officers charge man after domestic disturbance on Bockes Road.

Londonderry police officers responding to a Bockes Road address Dec. 26 for a domestic disturbance arrested Brandon Milley, 36, of 2 Bockes Road, Apt. 5, and charged him with criminal mischief and took him into protective custody for alleged drunkenness.
Milley was held on $7,000 bail and was to be arraigned on the charges Dec. 27 in Derry District Court.
Police say he kicked in a cell window and broke glass while being processed. At one point, at the residence at about 6:45 p.m., he was described as out of control. A woman at the address was granted a restraining order in the case, according to police.
