Man Arrested for Panhandling on Garden Lane
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, April 8
- 7:36 a.m.: A subject came to the police station to report that their daughter was threatened at Londonderry High School.
- 8:19 a.m.: Police received a report of a 3-car motor vehicle accident with no injury on Mountain Home Road.
- 12:35 p.m.: A male subject reported that he was robbed on Valley Street.
- 3:47 p.m.: Darryl A. Rodger, 51, of 39 Centerville Drive, Salem was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arrested after he was reportedly soliciting while standing in the middle of the road on Garden Lane. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on April 29.
- 7:28 p.m.: David W. Rowe, no age given, of 307 Douglas St., Apt. #4, Manchester was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense) and open container of alcohol. He was released on a hand summons and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on April 29.
- 8:05 p.m.: Nicholas A. Kisiel, 20, of 4 Buyck St., Londonderry was charged with simple assault. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on April 29.
- 11:59 p.m.: Jeremy M. Slater, 34, of 100 Main St., Apt. #15, Nashua was charged with driving after suspension or revocation. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on April 29.
