Man Arrested at Trump Event

Todd McMullen of Derry was arrested on numerous charges after an incident at Manchester Community College.

A local man was arrested tonight after he allegedly disrupted a Donald Trump for President event Manchester Community College.

Todd McMullen, 23, of Linlew Drive in Derry, was arrested on June 17, 2015, and charged with two counts of simple assault and disorderly conduct.

According to reports, including NECN and Jeffrey Hastings of Frame of Mind Photography, McMullen, an alleged protester, was asked to leave the event after continuing to disrupt the event. He allegedly refused to leave and was escorted out. McMullen then allegedly re-entered the event, attacked security staffers, and was pinned down until Manchester Police Department officers arrived.

McMullen allegedly fought and spit at the officers and security staff, according to Hastings, who took these photos at the event.
