Man Charged with Assault, Vandalism
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Dec. 6
- 9:04 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Nashua Road.
- 11:10 a.m.: Police responded to a woman who fell on the stairs at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.
- 12:30 p.m.: A caller on Sunset Drive reported that hunters were on his property.
- 1:45 a.m.: A caller at Market Basket on Garden Lane reported that a car slipped out of gear and rolled down the embankment into the swamp.
- 5:25 p.m.: Police received multiple reports of a 3-vehicle accident with no injury at Wiley Hill and West roads.
- 5:53 p.m.: Police received multiple reports of a deer hit by a motor vehicle injured in the roadway on South Road.
- 6:50 p.m.: A caller on High Range Road reported that a burglary had happened sometime that afternoon.
- 9:11 p.m.: Police received a report of a head-on crash at Nashua and Old Nashua roads.
Friday, Dec. 7
- Kenneth Jarvis Harzmovitch, 28, of 300 Nashua Road, Londonderry was charged with two counts of simple assault and one count of criminal mischief (vandalism). He was also wanted on a bench warrant out of Derry. He was arraigned on Dec. 7 in Derry District Court and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. His next court date will be on Dec. 27.
