Man Charged with DUI After Driving Into Wall

Wednesday, Jan. 9

• 7:03 a.m.: A caller on Wyndmere Road reported the theft of items from his vehicle.
• 2:43 p.m.: Krystal Theresa Clinton, 27, of 114A Hovey Road, Londonderry was charged with five counts of receiving stolen property. She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 4.
• 5:49 p.m.: A caller on Rockingham Road reported a deer that was struck by a tractor trailer unit.
• 7:45 p.m.: Marion L. Smith, 36, of 505 Broad St., Nashua was arrested on a warrant and charged with willful concealment. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 4.
• 11:40 p.m.: Patrick R. Welch, 52, of 5 Rockwood Lane, Londonderry was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor and conduct after an accident after the vehicle he was driving hit a wall on Wiley Hill Road. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 4.

Thursday, Jan. 10

• 12:34 p.m.: Eric J. Kenney, 36, of 34 Gordon Drive, Londonderry was charged with theft/shoplifting. Bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 4.
