Man Charged with Four Counts of Assault
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Oct. 10
- 11:40 a.m.: A caller on High Range Road reported a stolen political sign.
- 1:01 p.m.: Robert Conway, 21, of 235 Cameron St., Manchester was charged with four counts of simple assault and one count of criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.). He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled for an Oct. 29 court date in Derry District Court.
- 3:08 p.m.: Lisa St. Laurent, 48, of 7 Royal Lane, Londonderry was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor and open container of alcohol. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and given an Oct. 29 court date in Derry District Court.
- 5:15 p.m.: Joshua M. Smith, 28, of 14 Wyndmere Drive, Londonderry was charged with burglary. He was held on $10,000 bail and scheduled for arraignment on Oct. 10 in Derry District Court.
- 5:15 p.m.: Russell Steven Brown, 46, of 9 Thayer Road, Apt. #1A, Nashua was charged with burglary. He was held on $10,000 bail and scheduled for arraignment on Oct. 10 in Derry District Court.
Thursday, Oct. 11
- 12:26 a.m.: Victor Rosario, 18, of 8 Country Club Drive, Apt. #18, Manchester was charged with criminal trespass and prowling. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Oct. 29
- 12:26 a.m.: Roberto Federico Martirena, 18, of 228 Karatzas Avenue, Manchester was charged with criminal trespass and prowling. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Oct. 29.
