Man Charged with Identity Fraud

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Feb. 1

  • 8:02 a.m.: Police received a report of a 2-car motor vehicle accident with no injury on Nashua Road.
  • 9:27 a.m.: Robert Owen Wilcox Jr., 36, of 192 Fieldstone Drive, Apt. B, Londonderry was arrested on a warrant and charged with false report on accident. Bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Feb. 25.
  • 9:58 a.m.: A caller on Grove Street reported that his house had been egged.
  • 1:17 p.m.: Jeremy Joslin, 38, of 27 Primrose Lane, Tyngsboro, Mass. was arrested on a warrant and charged with three counts of fraudulent execution of documents and three counts of identity fraud. Bail was set at $10,000, and he was transported to the Rockingham County Jail to await arraignment in Derry District Court on Feb. 4.
  • 4:43 p.m.: Daniel Kobisky, 26, of 18 Trolley St., Manchester was charged with being a habitual offender and failure to obey inspection requirements. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Feb. 25.
  • 6:02 p.m.: An employee reported hearing shooting behind the North Londonderry Elementary School on Sanborn Road.

Saturday, Feb. 2

  • 7:03 a.m.: Police received a report of a minor motor vehicle accident at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport's main entrance.
  • 8:53 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Pendleton Lane.
  • 1:43 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident in a parking lot on Rockingham Road.
  • 5:27 p.m.: Police received a report of a 2-car motor vehicle accident with no injury on Nashua Road.
  • 5:59 p.m.: Police received a report of a 3-car motor vehicle accident with no injury on Mohawk Drive.
