Man Charged with OHRV Violations

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, Aug. 10

  • 11:58 a.m.: A caller on Wiley Hill Road reported her son's dirt bike was stolen sometime overnight from underneath the porch.
  • 2:09 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Auburn Road.
  • 5:50 p.m.: Joshua Brousseau, 20, of 58 Rimmon St., Manchester was charged with unregistered OHRV and driving after revocation or suspension after he was found riding on a trail off Jack's Bridge Road. Bail was set at $2,500 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Aug. 26.
  • 6:05 p.m.: Mark Wayne Reeves, 35, of 7 Greta Ave., Derry was charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, speeding, failure to obey inspection requirements and following too closely. He also had a warrant out for his arrest. Bail was set at $1,000 and he was scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Aug. 12.
