Man Charged with Resisting Arrest

Friday, Aug. 31

9:17 a.m. – Jillian Sgroi, 24, of 129 Sandstone Circle, Londonderry, was charged with simple assault. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance and she was given a court date of Oct. 1 at 8:15 a.m. in Derry District Court.

7:29 p.m. – A caller reported a person standing on top of a motor vehicle parked in a yard on South Road, yelling at passing vehicles.

10:56 p.m. – A caller reported two male subjects running through yards on Wilshire Drive.

Saturday, Sept. 1

11:58 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Ridgemont Road. The accident turned out to be in Hudson.

Sunday, Sept. 2

12:03 a.m. – Police responded to a report of shoplifting on Rockingham Road.

2:03 a.m. – Diana Lynn Fox, 52, of 65 Fordway Ext, 4-306, Derry, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor and a yellow line violation following a motor vehicle stop on Commercial Lane. She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and given a court date of Oct. 1 at 8:15 a.m. in Derry District Court.

4:13 a.m. – Ryan Michael Connors, 20, of 26 Colonial Drive, Londonderry, was charged with two counts of unlawful possession and intoxication, one count of obstructing government administration, and one count of resisting arrest or detention. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and given a court date of Oct. 22 at 8:15 a.m. in Derry District Court.
