Man Charged with Statutory Rape

• 9:50 a.m.: A caller on Sherwood Road reported that a briefcase was taken out of an unlocked vehicle.
• 3:45 p.m.: Police received a report of a three-car accident with no injury on Rockingham Road at Perkins Road.
• 4:47 p.m.: Police received a report of a minor motor vehicle accident on the Exit 4 northbound off-ramp from Interstate 93.
• 9:09 p.m.: Brandon Scott Dumont, 20, of 88 Hall Road, Londonderry was arrested on a warrant for unspecified charges.

• 1:12 a.m.: Joshua Paul Noury, 27, of 3 Ridgemont Drive, Londonderry was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on July 15.
• 11:11 a.m.: James Trott, 21, of 3931 Old Brown Ave., Apt. #58, Manchester was arrested on a warrant and charged with two counts of felonious sexual assault – statutory rape. He was held on $10,000 bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on July 1.
• 3:11 p.m.: A caller on Hall Road reported hearing shooting in the woods behind her house.
• 9:16 p.m.: A caller on High Range Road reported fireworks being shot off in the area.
• 10:13 p.m.: A caller on Mohawk Drive complained about fireworks being shot off in the area.
• 10:55 p.m.: A caller on Mill Road reported an underage drinking party.
