Man Charged with Stealing Ring from Sister

• 11:01 a.m.: A burglary was reported at a foreclosed home on Hovey Road.
• 1:52 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Raymond Wieczorek Drive.
• 5:02 p.m.: Amanda L. Fortier, 24, of 90 Stearns Circle, Manchester was arrested on a warrant and charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another. Bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance and she is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Aug. 26.
• 5:29 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Nashua Road.
• 7:06 p.m.: A burglary was reported on Seasons Lane.

• Travis E. Spicer, 18, of 214 Wilson St., Manchester was arrested on a bench warrant out of Manchester. Bail was set at $350 and he is scheduled to be arraigned in Manchester District Court on Aug. 28.
• Friday, Aug. 9
• 9:49 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Nashua Road.
• 11:18 a.m.: A caller on Hardy Road reported a theft of wire.
• 1:14 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Pettingill Road.
• 2:29 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Rockingham Road.
• 2:54 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Akira Way.
• 6:20 p.m.: Cory Faria, 21, of 4 Cathy St., Merrimack was charged with theft. His sister alleged that he stole a ring from her. Bail was set at $1,000 and he was scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Aug. 12.

• 2:05 a.m.: Nicholas Lavalley, 21, of 14-A Reed St., Londonderry was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor and open container of alcohol following a hit-and-run accident on Reed Street.
