Man Charged with Theft, Threatening
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, May 17
- 8:56 a.m.: A Stage Coach Circle resident came to the police station to report a ring stolen from their residence.
- 11:12 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Wentworth Avenue.
- 11:51 a.m.: A caller reported a dog that had been locked in a car for an hour at TJ Maxx on Orchard View Drive.
- 11:53 a.m.: Police received a report of a hit-and-run accident on Rockingham Road.
- 12:41 p.m.: Brandon Castiglione, 18, of 15 Ridgemont Drive, Londonderry was charged with simple assault. Bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on June 10.
- 2:33 p.m.: A resident came to the police station to report that her vehicle was vandalized while it was parked at the recreation fields on Sargent Road.
- 4:26 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Jack's Bridge Road.
- 4:50 p.m.: A caller on Greeley Road reported that his dog was attacked and injured while he was out walking.
- 5:21 p.m.: Jason Marrotte, 23, of 7 Mason St., Apt. #3, Nashua was charged with two counts of theft and one count of criminal threatening. Bail was set at $2,000 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on June 10. Marrotte was previously arrested in March of 2012 in connection with the attempted theft of copper from a building in Nashua.
- 8:31 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Nashua Road at Gilcreast Road.
