Fire lane signs and no parking signs had been knocked down.</li><li>4:07 p.m.: Joseph Edward McLaughlin, 20, of 155 Laurel St., Apt. #1, Melrose, MA was charged with transporting alcoholic beverage, reckless operation, reckless conduct, receiving stolen property and unlawful possession and intoxication. He was released on $2,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 12.</li></ul>Sunday, July 28 <ul><li>1:55 a.m.: Michael A. Gendreau, 25, of 47 N. Lowell Road, Windham was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. No bail information was available. He is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 26.</li></ul>
