Man Indicted in Londonderry Burglary

A Derry man was indicted this month on charges in connection to a burglary last September in Londonderry.

Timothy Michael Rioux, now residing at Rockingham County jail, was indicted in July by a Rockingham County Superior Court grand jury on one count of burglary and one count of receiving stolen property.

The indictment alleges that on Sept. 30, 2012, Rioux entered an occupied structure at 1 Reo Lane in Londonderry when the premises were not open to the public. He also "disposed of" a gold ring, believing it had probably been stolen and having twice before been convicted of theft of property or services.
