Man Reportedly Took Pictures of Female Customers at Market Basket

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, July 21

  • 8:48 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle rollover on Wilson Road. Wires were reportedly down in the roadway.
  • 1:56 p.m.: A caller on Reed Street reported someone shooting in the area.
  • 3:20 p.m.: Keith Mathew Chapdelaine, 43, of 16 Pine St., Londonderry was arrested on a warrant from Windham Police. The charge was not specified.
  • 5:05 p.m.: Adam Kenneth Gaw, 32, of 117 Wheelock St., Manchester was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property, driving after revocation or suspension, unregistered vehicle, failure to obey inspection requirements and two counts of false inspection or registration sticker. He also had an outstanding bench warrant for his arrest. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Aug. 12.
  • Monday, July 22
  • 6:23 a.m.: A caller on Stokes Road reported that his vehicles were gone through overnight. As far as he could tell, only change was taken.
  • 8:33 a.m.: A caller on Page Road reported a theft from two motor vehicles sometime during the night. Loose change and a wallet were taken.
  • 8:49 a.m.: A caller on Page Road reported that her vehicle was entered overnight and a Dunkin' Donuts gift card and loose change were taken from inside.
  • 8:58 a.m.: Joshua Decarolis, 27, of 32 Bedard Ave., Derry was arrested on a warrant and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property. He was released on $10,000 bail. No court information was available.
  • 9:13 a.m.: A caller on Stokes Road reported her vehicle was broken into overnight and items were stolen.
  • 10:54 a.m.: A caller on Hall Road reported BB shots through a window.
  • 1:31 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Nashua Road.
  • 2:41 p.m.: A manager at Market Basket on Garden Lane reported that a male subject in his 60s was taking pictures of female customers without their knowledge.
  • 3:19 p.m.: Police received a report of a 3-car motor vehicle accident on the Exit 4 south off-ramp on the westbound side of Interstate 93.
  • 5:58 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Rockingham Road at Interstate 93.
