Manchester, Pelham Men Arrested For OUI In Londonderry: Log

A local man faces a domestic violence charge, a Queen City man was charged with theft, and an alleged Londonderry shoplifter is all smiles.

LONDONDERRY, NH — Julio Otero Rivera, 62, pictured upper left, of Beacon Street in Londonderry, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after police were sent to the home for a report of a domestic disturbance.

Stefanie Theriault, 33, pictured upper center, of Capital Hill Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for willful concealment. She was arrested on a warrant.

Joshua T. Brathwaite, 21, pictured upper right, of Adams Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Nashua Road at Gilcreast Road. Nicholas M. Sehovich, 29, pictured lower left, of Turtle Crossing Road in Pelham, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for driving under the influence. He was arrested after a stop on Stonehenge Road.

Ryan Pancine, 32, pictured lower middle, of Concord Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:56 a.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, on a theft charge. He was arrested on a warrant.

Kevin O. Labelle, 25, pictured lower right, of Patterson Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle after a crash on Old Derry Road.
