Manchester Teen Arrested on Driving Charges
Londonderry Police charge Tommy Keohavong on a warrant.
LONDONDERRY, NH – A Queen City man was arrested on driving charges yesterday after police issued a warrant against him.
Tommy Keohavong, 18, of English Village Road in Manchester, was arrested 11:32 a.m. on June 14, 2016, for reckless operating and failure to yield at a stop or yield sign.

According to police, Keohavong turned himself in on a warrant.

He was processed and released, and is due in Derry District Court on Aug. 9.
