Mass. Man Arrested On ID Fraud Charge: Londonderry Police Log

LONDONDERRY, NH — Douglas A. Spirdione, 45, pictured lower right, of Windham Depot Road in Derry, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, for receiving stolen property. He was arrested by the Derry Police Department.

Xavier M. Fontaine, 19, pictured lower middle, of Calef Road in Manchester, was arrested at 3:51 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2017, for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, driving after revocation or suspension, and a warrant. Also arrested was Brianna L. Perry, 22, pictured lower left, of Linder Road in Holland, MA, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. They were arrested after police were sent to Mammoth Road near the Pleasant View Cemetery for a pedestrian check.

Mark E. Devine, 53, pictured upper right, of Jewett Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017, on a simple assault charge. He was arrested on a warrant. John Marino, 35, pictured upper middle, of Pendleton Lane in Londonderry, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. on July 12, 2017, for theft of motor vehicle. He was arrested on a warrant.

Saumaro P. Bernard, 24, pictured upper left, of Spring Street in Malden, MA, was arrested at 8:01 a.m. on July 12, 2017, for identity fraud. He was arrested in Malden.
