McCaul of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Hosts Free Magic Show at Derry Home of Popular Magician

Charlotte McCaul, an award-winning sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Derry, will be hosting a free magic show featuring the talented magician BJ Hickman on October 22 at noon at 20 Boyd Road in Derry.

The magic show will be part of an Open House scheduled at 20 Boyd Road, a single-family home formerly owned by well-loved magician Ace Gorham who regularly appeared on local television. The 3,266-square-foot home with four bedrooms features stained-glass windows, wood floors, an updated kitchen and ample storage space.
