Morrison House Restoration Ongoing

More money may be needed for project.

Work on the Morrison House restoration is ongoing but slow moving, according to the Derry News.

The Londonderry Historical Society received $150,000 from the town to dismantle and store the house in 2007. But it has sat in storage since. About $40,000 of that money remains, but it could cost more than $150,000 to complete the restoration, according to the historical society. So far, only a foundation and some support beams have been put up.
