Mueller Heading Back to NH TV Sets

Former WMUR, WLVI broadcaster has been hired by NH News 1.

A familiar face is coming back to the airwaves of New Hampshire and New England once Binnie Media’s NH1 News Network hits the airwaves later this summer.

Paul Mueller, a former area broadcaster, will be working at WBIN as an anchor/reporter, according to New England One, an online website about the New England television market.

In a Facebook post, Mueller wrote, “I am so grateful and humbled to announce the next chapter of my life God has so graciously given me … This job truly brings me home as my family is only a 2-hour drive away and it doesn’t get any better than that. I thank each and everyone one of you for your continued support throughout the years. These last 3 years have certainly been a time of growth and learning and with this new opportunity, the growth will continue.”

Mueller is currently working in Tampa. Previously, he worked at WMUR-TV in Manchester and WLVI-TV in Boston. He also worked at Providence, RI, and Springfield, MA, stations.

At the Springfield station, WGGB-TV, Mueller resigned after a public meltdown fused by alcohol that was posted on YouTube and later, went viral. He later credited the exposure the video received to turning his life around.
