Newmarket Woman Arrested on 15 Counts of Forgery

Here is the latest list of arrests from the Rockingham County Sheriffs Department:

Stella Marie Cleghorn, 33, of Laurier Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Dec. 5, on a judge’s order for def sent violation, cocaine possession.

Sharee Haynes, 58, of Norfolk Street in Dorchester, was arrested on Dec. 5, on a violation of parole/probation on a theft charge.

Paul Sylvia Rathe, 27, of Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham, was arrested on Dec. 5, for failing to appear on a plea for a possession of a narcotic and DUI charges.

Terri R. Brown, 49, of Granite Road in Newmarket, was arrested on Dec. 5, on theft by unauthorized taking and 15 counts of forgery.

Carol Buckley, 53, of North Broadway in Salem, was arrested on Dec. 9.

Grace Julie Boyle, 29, of Otis Street in Medford, MA, was arrested on Dec. 10, for failing to appear at an arraignment on an assault on a correctional officer charge.

Arthur Phillip Charter III, 33, of Clough Road in Pittsfield, was arrested on Dec. 10, on a violation of probation on a possession of a controlled drug charge.

Michael Frank Valdez, 44, of W. Lamarita in Lavile, AZ, was arrested on Dec. 11, on possession of a controlled/narcotic drugs.

Harland Derek Gibbs III, 33, of Woodridge Road in East Hampstead, was arrested on Dec. 11, for delivery of articles prohibited.

Jasen E. Tomsick, 46, of Peasant Street in Concord, was arrested on a theft by deception charge on Dec. 12.

Nikoletti George Nachef, 23, of 33rd Street in Oakland Park, FL, was arrested on Dec. 12, on a violation of probation on a marijuana sale charge.

Craig Peter Cushing, 30, of Epping Road in Exeter, was arrested on Dec. 12, for failing to appear at an arraignment on a burglary charge.

Richard A. Howard, 66, of York Street in York, Maine, was arrested on Dec. 12, on a failure to appear, civil, charge.
