David B. “Dave” Harvey, 68, of Londonderry, NH died Sunday, November 25, 2012 at the Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 3, 1944 in Medford, MA, a son of the late James E. Harvey and Irene H. (Lawton) Pigon. Mr. Harvey proudly served his country with the US Army. Dave formerly worked at Gillette as a warehouse supervisor. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. He adored his two Bassett Hounds.
He is survived by his wife, Norine (Hood) Harvey, three step-sons, Winston George, Jeremy Hood and Neil Hood, 7 grandchildren, three brothers, Thomas Harvey, Robert Harvey, Brett Pigon, three sisters, Virginia Pitts, Nancy Ruderman and Vickie Rutherford, one step-brother, Brett Pigon, numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday November 29, 2012 from 6 -8pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Funeral services will be held on Friday November 30th at 11:00am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in NH State Veterans Cemetery, Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen.
