Pair from Manchester Arrested on Drug Charges: Londonderry Police Log

​Plus, Bristol man arrested on driving charges while a local woman was arrested for domestic assault.

LONDONDERRY, NH — Russell N. Smock, 24, pictured upper left, of Merrimack Street in Bristol, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Feb. 9, 2017, for false inspection or registration, unregistered vehicle, and failure to obey inspection requirements. He was arrested on I-93 South just south of Exit. 4.

Betty Lussier, 53, pictured upper left, of Hunter Mill Way in Londonderry, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested after a disturbance at the home.

Melissa Miller, 37, pictured lower left, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on Feb. 7, 2017, on a warrant as well as two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Also arrested was Matthew Bell, 34, pictured lower right, of Tarrytown Road in Manchester, for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. They were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Mammoth Road and Peabody Rw.
