
State police have wrapped up their investigation into Derry Town Administrator John Anderson, according to The Eagle-Tribune.
The investigative file is now with Rockingham County Attorney James Reams, who will decide whether to bring charges. He told the newspaper he expects his office's review to be finished by next week at the latest.
Anderson has been on paid leave since July 12. He was placed on leave following an incident at his home a day earlier. A citizen reportedly made the complaint after having contact with Anderson.
