Portsmouth Man Arrested for Sale of Oxycodone
Rockingham County Sheriffs also arrest Barnstead, Dover, Londonderry, Derry, and Massachusetts residents.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests late last month:
Mesfen Anthony Rowell, 26, of Brewster Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on Aug. 17, on a judges order to arrest, on an original charge of sale of oxycodone.
James Joseph Derenpentigny, 49, of Winter Street in Waltham, MA, was arrested on Aug. 17, on an def sentence violation on a previous criminal threatening charge.

Charles Elliot Rondeau, 43, of Tofftree Terrace, was arrested on Aug. 18, on a failure to appear on an assault by prisoner on a corrections officer charge.
Timothy Scott Pettis, 25, of Chaple Street in Dover, was arrested on Aug. 19, on def sentence on an original charge of heroin possession.

Kevin Joseph Sullivan, 20, of Gilcrest Road in Londonderry, was arrested on Aug. 19, on a judge’s order, burglary charge.
Patrick Joseph Heafey, 29, of Route 28 Bypass in Derry, was arrested on Aug. 19, on a marijuana charge.
Peter Joseph Bettencourt, 52, of Dunham Street in Attleboro, MA, was arrested on Aug. 21, on violation of probation on a theft charge.
Daniel Adam Jenna Sr., 34, of Andover Drive of Barnstead, was arrested on Aug. 21, on a drug possession charge.
Andrea Phelan, 29, of Washington Street in Seabrook, was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 22.
Kenneth John Belanger, 24, of Luxury Drive in Newport, was arrested on Aug. 22, on a judge’s order to arrest, failure to appear at an arraignment on a cocaine possession charge.
Thomas Gerald LeBlanc Jr., 33, of Averill Circle in Danville, was arrested on Aug. 22, on a contempt capias, martial non-support order.
Steven D. Early, 48, of North Main Street in Newmarket was arrested on Aug. 22, on a judge’s order to arrest on a violation of probation on a possession of cocaine charge.
