Rockingham County Arrests

The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department for the following offenses:

OCTOBER 1

Paul Frederick Moore III, 24, of 35 Attitash Ave. in Merrimac, Mass., was arrested for theft by receiving stolen property.

George Alexander Dow, 46, of 50 River Road in Seabrook, was arrested for marital non-support.

OCTOBER 2

Frank Giuffre, 33, of 20 Rogers Road in Fremont, was arrested on a judge's order for an undisclosed charge.

William C. Moschetto, 32, of 6 Jennifer St. in Danville, was arrested for identity fraud and burglary.

OCTOBER 3

Mark Shane Pasquarello, 39, of 77 Badger Road in Bedford, Mass., was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking.

Joaquin Wilfredo Casado, Jr., 23, of 189 Middlesex St. in Lowell, Mass., was arrested for a probation violation for theft and cost containment.

OCTOBER 4

Kevin Michael Ell, 42, of 609 Pine St. in Manchester, was arrested for marital non-support.

Daniel Todd Rosa, 45, of 12 Governor's Dr. in Raymond, was arrested on a small claims warrant.

Kerrin Dorothy McMahon, 46, of 8 Bean's Lane in Northbridge, Mass., was arrested for issuing bad checks and three counts of bad checks.

Mark Stephen Foster Jr., 21, of 46R Derryfield Road in Derry, was arrested for legal fees.

Robert James O'Neill III, 29, of 15 Auburn St. in Hampton, was arrested for marital non-support.

Joshua Ryan Lamothe, 23, of 660 Lafayette Road #315 in Hampton, was arrested for duty to inform a sex registry change.

OCTOBER 5

Glen Gary Mottram Jr., 40, of 600M Brookside Dr. in Andover, Mass., was arrested for fraudulent use of a credit card.
