Rolling Road Blocks Begin at Exit 4 on I-93 Feb. 27
NH DOT: Blasting will be begin soon at the Exit 4 interchange in Londonderry.

LONDONDERRY, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announced this week that during the week of Feb. 27, 2017, blasting operations are scheduled to begin at the Exit 4 interchange on I-93 in Londonderry. The work is scheduled to be done during daytime hours between 10 a.m. on 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Rolling road blocks will be utilized to perform work, according to the NH DOT, while message boards and smart work zone devices will be used to notify travelling public of daily operations.
Blasting will continue for approximately two months.

The work is part of the final I-93 NB and SB mainline construction in the Exit 4 area (Derry/Londonderry), as well as the NB and SB on and off ramps construction, the NH Route 102 reconstruction (including the reconstruction of the NH Route 102 Bridge over I-93), and Pillsbury Road/Ash Street (including the Pillsbury Road/Ash Street Bridge over I-93).
RS Audley, Inc. of Bow is the general contractor for the $62.2 million project, which is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2020.
