U.S. Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) will be in Derry on Thursday. Ayotte is scheduled to deliver remarks at the Derry Rotary Club's Annual Veterans Cookout at 5:30 p.m. The event is being held at the Boys and Girls Club on Hampstead Road. It's one of three stops Ayotte is scheduled to make on Thursday. Earlier in the day, she is scheduled to speak at a Memorial Day ceremony at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen and present a Purple Heart to a Vietnam veteran in Nashua.
