Sheriffs Arrest Derry Woman for Skipping Court Date
The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Oct. 8
- Briana Lynn Beliveau, 26, of 3 Virginia Lane, Seabrook was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear in drug court on a theft charge.
- Joseph Edward Silva Jr., 33, of 8 Virginia Road, North Reading, MA was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on heroin possession and breach of bail.
- Robert Jerry Picard, 44, of 523958 Barefoot Boulevard, Barefoot Bay, FL was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on bail jumping and operating while a habitual offender.
- William Carl Hallstrom, 33, of 356 Pingree Hill Road, Auburn was arrested on an electronic bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
- Benjamin C. Guarini, 32, of 6 Temple Drive, Methuen, MA was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment for attempted theft charge, three counts of receiving stolen property and theft by deception.
- Jennifer Stevenson, 21, of 119 Scobie Pond Road, Derry was charged with delivery of articles prohibited.
- Samantha N. Andrews, 25, of 14 South Porter St., Manchester was charged with delivery of articles prohibited.
- Ryan Landers, 32, of 25 Middle St., Sanford, ME was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for heroin possession, cocaine possession and breach of bail.
- Daniel J. McCarthy, 52, of 156 Front St., Apt. #207, Exeter was arrested for contempt for marital non-support.
- John Travis Benninghove, 36, of 424 Black Hall Road, Epsom was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on a habitual offender charge.
- Carole Jean Scanlon, 38, of 28L Island Pond Road, Derry was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear in drug court on an oxycodone sales charge.
