Shotgun and Shells Stolen from Taxidermy Shop
Police are hunting for a white male, wearing a homemade white hat, who reportedly burglarized a business on Monday morning.
MANCHESTER, NH - Do you recognize the man in these security camera screenshots? Queen City detectives would like to speak with you if you do.
According to an alert, police in Manchester were sent to Wildlife Taxidermy on Candia Road at just before 1 a.m. on May 16, 2016, for a burglary alarm activation.
When officers arrived, they noticed a small hole in the back of the business, so a K-9 unit was called in to check the building. The building was cleared and a business rep showed up to eye security cameras, according to police.

“They observed a Caucasian male, unknown height, weight and age walking inside of the closed business,” according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. “He appears to be wearing a homemade white hat, black jacket, gray undershirt, reddish brown boots, blue jeans and white and black colored work gloves.”
The man allegedly removed a shotgun as well as 30 boxes of ammunition, valued at around $866, from the business, according to the alert.
