According to New Hampshire State Police, at around 11:30 p.m., troopers received word from Mass. State Police that they were pursuing a stolen Jeep Grand Cherokee that was heading over the New Hampshire line on I-93 north.
“Several Troopers assigned to Troop B responded to the area in an attempt to apprehend the fleeing felon,” according to Sgt. Bryan Trask. “The pursuing Massachusetts authorities lost site of the white Cherokee in the area of Exit 3.”

The vehicle was spotted, however, in the area of Exit 4 in Londonderry. A vehicle stop was attempted, according to NHSP, but the driver “continued to attempt to elude apprehension.” Troopers deployed spike strips just south of Exit 5 but the driver was able to avoid them and continue north.
The vehicle was stopped by state troopers in the area of the Exit 6 off-ramp, according to Trask. The driver, Holmes, was arrested. He was scheduled to be arraigned earlier today in Manchester District Court.
