Superintendent: Two Half Days to Become Full Days

The switch will hedge against one additional snow day.

School Superintendent Nate Greenberg sent a letter home to parents last week informing them that the last day of school is now Friday, June 21, and that two previously scheduled early release days will now be regular school days.

Last week's snowstorm was the sixth weather related school cancellation of the year in Londonderry. That pushed the last day of school to June 21.

To hedge against the possibility of one more snow day this year, Greenberg said the early release days on Wednesday, March 27 and Wednesday, May 22 will now be full school days.
