Teen Arrested for Facilitating Underage Party

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Aug. 19

7:04 a.m. – A caller on Clark Road reported that one egg was thrown at his house. He did not wish to file a report.

4:05 p.m. – Police responded to a three-car motor vehicle accident on Nashua Road near the Derry line. No major injuries were reported.

5:38 p.m. – A caller reported shooting in the pits in the area of Tokanel Drive.

5:50 p.m. – A female caller reported that someone hit her vehicle while she was at work at Home Depot during the day.

10:05 p.m. – William Fagan, 47, of 1 Alladin Circle, Apt. #30, Derry, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, open container of alcohol and a yellow line violation. Bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Sept. 10 at 8:15 a.m.

Monday, Aug. 20

12:27 a.m. – Linda Gaudette, 54, of 8 Rolling Ridge Road, Londonderry, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquore, disobeying an officer and failure to yield to a vehicle turning left. Bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance pus the $40 bail commissioner's fee, and she is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Sept. 10 at 8:15 a.m.

4:52 a.m. – Gage Kutney, 18, of 19 Robin Hood Drive, Londonderry, was charged with facilitating a drug/underage alcohol house party and unlawful possession and intoxication. Bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Sept. 10 at 8:15 a.m.

4:52 a.m. – Peter Somers, 19, of 25 Wiley Hill Road, Londonderry, was charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and unlawful possession and intoxication. Bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance plus the $40 bail commissioner's fee, and he is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Sept. 10 at 8:15 a.m.
